Servicecorps partnership with the J. H. Harland Company provides quality check printing services to credit unions at a competitive price. Servicecorps role is one of support to Harland and advocate for credit unions. Servicecorp monitors Harlands performance in the areas of accuracy and delivery on a monthly basis. Servicecorp and Harland staff also conduct monthly quality meetings to address issues raised by participating credit unions and to be proactive in upgrading or adding new services that will enhance the quality of the products offered. Servicecorp also conducts at least one focus group meeting annually with a small sampling of credit union representatives from varying asset-sized credit unions. Harland has recognized that credit unions are different than other financial institutions and has designed new services to address this uniqueness. Credit union employees needing assistance have the Credit Union Service Team to call. These representatives have access to all the information about a credit unions checking program that allows for timely and accurate responses and resolutions to questions or problems. If a credit union desires, its members can call the Member Service Team, another group of professionals trained in the credit union philosophy, for timely and accurate responses to questions or for reordering checks directly from Harland. To provide timely information to credit unions on the profitability of the check printing program and to receive feedback about the services and products offered by Harland, field staff will conduct partnership reviews on a regular basis with participating credit unions. At the conclusion of each review, the field staff will leave a scorecard for the credit union to complete and return directly to the Harland corporate offices. Harland recently formed a national Credit Union Advisory Board consisting of credit union and league executives from all regions of the United States who will provide direction and validation to the J.
